- Laptop adaptors / chargers carry a 90-days bring-in limited warranty against defects in materials and workmanship.
- LASoftSync.com will repair the product if possible or replace it free of charge.
- The limited warranty does not cover:
- Depreciated or loss of charge time of the laptop battery.
- External causes such as in handling, accident, acts of God, abuse, dropping, misapplication, misuse, neglect, moisture or liquids, proximity or exposure to heat or problems with electrical power.
- Usage that is not in accordance with product instructions.
- Defects due to unauthorized repair, opened, taken apart or otherwise modified.
- Normal wear and tear, the finish on any portion of the product, such as surface scratches and/or weathering.
- The limited warranty on all items begins on the date of the order.
- The warranty period is not extended upon repair or replacement of a warranted item or any parts.
